Thank you for purchasing from Fútxvie. By downloading or using any digital product from Fútxvie, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal use license to the digital files.

2. Permitted Use

• Use the files as wallpapers on your personal devices (phones, tablets, computers).
• Use the files for personal, non-commercial projects.
• Print the files for personal use only.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files (whether for free or for profit).
• Use the files in any commercial project, product, or service.
• Claim the designs as your own.
• Use the files to create derivative works for resale or redistribution.
• Include the files in any digital product, template pack, or subscription service.
• Use the files in a way that competes with Fútxvie.

4. No Refunds

All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. Please review the product previews carefully before purchasing.

5. Copyright

All designs are the intellectual property of Fútxvie by GENQ. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright or ownership rights.

6. Termination

Fútxvie reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the files.
